Pattern making is one of my favorite parts during producing a new collection. I simply adore the idea that it is not just about the design, but also about the fit. Making pattern is another creative process I use to add finishing touches to the products.
Tailor. extraordinary human-beings. Even at their most worn-out, they managed to manufacture the finest products.
Sometimes, when I didn’t finish my work before going to bed, I experienced sleepwalking. One night, I woke up in my sleep, wrapped the blanket around my brother and began to drape a jacket. The other time, I unconsciously jumped out of bed and went to a sewing machine to finish stitching my shirt.
Most of the time, I would carry on my thoughts and complete my task while dreaming.
There was a time when I had a major fear of designing. After a long time of doing freelance design for other fashion firms, I was unsure about my true style. My mind was a blank whenever I sat down and began sketching. I therefore spent day after day staring at my sketchbook but none of those sketches could satisfy me
